Accounting Analyst
We are seeking an Accounting Analyst for a unique opportunity to provide support to the Koch family members and their entrepreneurial ventures.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing a range of accounting, accounts payable, financial analysis and reporting services in support of the management team.
This role is based out of Wichita, KS
What you will do :
- Provide reliable and prompt processing of payments to vendors
- Lead vendor validation process
- Support team members with credit card expense reporting and ensure policy compliance
- Coordinate corporate invoicing and data submission requirements
- Assist with accounting entries and reconciliations
- Oversee sales tax and 1099 tracking and submissions
- Prepare full balance sheet, income statement and cash flow
- Offer valuable insights through reporting and trend analysis
- Develop and implement best business processes and procedures

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field. Consideration will be given if candidate has substantial progress towards the completion of a degree program and has minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
What will put you ahead :
- Experience in finance, accounts payable or accounts receivable
- Proficiency in data retrieval and analytics (advanced Microsoft Excel, Alteryx, PowerBI)
