We are offering an exciting opportunity in the banking industry, located in Plano, Texas. We're on the hunt for a skilled Data Reporting Analyst to join our team. The role involves various tasks related to data handling, reporting, and automation within our lending department and loan participation business.

Responsibilities :

• Develop comprehensive reports for business use
• Automate manual processes to improve efficiency
• Ensure data cleanliness and manage data transitions within the business
• Handle loan packaging from other credit unions, preparing them for sale to investors
• Manage credit models using Power BI
• Create informative and interactive dashboards for data visualization
• Utilize SQL for data manipulation and analysis
• Employ Microsoft Excel for complex calculations and data management
• Proficiency in creating dashboards for monitoring and reporting purposes.
• Strong knowledge and experience in SQL for database management and data analysis.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, Vlookup, and macro creation.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking or financial services industry.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work with large sets of data and transform it into actionable business insights.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of output.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
