Job Description
The position supports the Assistant Treasurer in overseeing the management, monitoring, and compliance of RRS Group's Investment Portfolio. The role will primarily focus on testing and documenting controls related to the investment portfolio, conducting monthly and quarterly analysis and reporting, and providing assistance with various Treasury-related accounting, control, and analytical functions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline
- 2-4 years with Corporate Finance, GAAP Financial Reporting, or Fixed Income investments
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel proficiency. MS Excel responsibilities would include financial data extraction from reporting system, pivot table creation, and on-time delivery of various financial schedules.
- MS Word based memorandums are routinely crafted and submitted to upper management and auditors.
- Excellent organizational skills, effective time-management, and attention to detail are critical to success.
- Excellent independent, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills but understands when to escalate.
- FINRA Series 6 preferred

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The salary pay rate for this position is anticipated to range between $57,000 – $73,000. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
