Customer Service Representative / Sales Support
Location : South Grand Rapids, MI (100% On-Site)
Compensation : Starting at $15.00 per hour + Benefits

A well-established company in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Customer Service / Sales Support Rep to join its team. This role is essential in supporting the Outside Sales team, managing order entry, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do :
Serve as a key liaison between customers and the Outside Sales team.
Accurately process and verify customer orders, ensuring correct pricing, quantity, and delivery details.
Maintain and update customer inventory in the database and warehouse.
Manage Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and collaborate with internal teams to provide timely updates to customers.
Build and maintain detailed order documentation and communicate order priorities.
What You Bring :
Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
2+ years of customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Business Central ERP systems (required); Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, SAGE, Peachtree, Oracle, Quickbooks, ADP, etc (Any of these)
Graphic design knowledge is a plus but not required.
