Good to have : advanced performance tuning, oracle exadata, advanced backup and recovery, expertise in database security and auditing, experience in a large enterprise environment
Experience level : senior level, 10+ years of experience as an oracle dba
Desired Profile :
Very strong in core database administration, troubleshooting, and scripting
Very good analytical skills and problem-solving ability a must
Very good communication skills
Very good project management skills
Strong background culture of delivering projects with first time right / zero defects in production
Experience working in a large enterprise environment
Experience working in an on call 24 / 7 rotation
