The Supplier Specialist is responsible maintaining up-to-date and accurate supplier information in the company’s Supplier Management and Procure-to-Pay systems.

Primary Job Responsibilities :

• Monitor and complete requests for additions or changes to the supplier database to ensure timely and appropriate activations, de-activations, and changes
• Provide follow up and technical assistance to external suppliers and internal users
• Review supplier database to ensure data integrity and compliance including updated certificates of insurances and contracts
• Implement processes to improve efficiency and accuracy across multiple systems
• Develop reporting to present metrics to management
• Manage projects as needed under the direction of Manager
