Location : 100% remote

Duration : 6+ months contract

Tax Term : W2 / C2C

Pay Range : $55 - $65 per hour

JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking a UX Motion Designer to lead the creation and implementation of motion interactions within the Home App. This role involves working closely with our product teams to ensure animations enhance user experience across various platforms, including Android, iOS, Wear, and Web. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality motion designs under tight deadlines and effectively communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement motion interactions and patterns within the Home App.
Adhere to the Home Motion System, providing guidance on animations and transitions.
Produce high-quality motion flows for stakeholder presentations.
Publish precise motion specs, patterns, and interactions.
Collaborate effectively with UX designers, engineers, and PMs, being open to feedback and adjustments.

Must-Have Skills :

Proficiency in After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong understanding of UX motion design principles and design systems.

Experience with technical product implementation, specifically Lottie.

Industry Experience :

Prior experience working with technology or software development teams, specifically in the consumer electronics or app development domain, is highly preferred.
