Job Description :

Position : Sr. Desktop Support Technician
Location : 100% onsite - Rocky Mount, NC
Duration : 12+ months contract
Pay Rate Range : $35 / hr W2
Requirements :
- 4+ years of Service Desk support
- Ticketing systems experience : ServiceNow, Jira
- Remote computer / hardware troubleshooting
