We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Director of Operations to oversee our company's daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with our strategic goals. In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and driving initiatives to improve overall performance across all operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in operations management and a passion for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments, including Supply Chain, Fleet & Logistics, Order Processing, Facility Management, and Customer Services.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve operational goals.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Identify potential risks and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure operational stability.
