The Opportunity
As part of the Finance Consulting - Financial Operations team you are responsible for strategic financial planning and analysis initiatives, driving business growth and innovation. As a Director, you are tasked with setting the strategic direction and leading business development efforts, making impactful decisions while overseeing multiple projects and maintaining executive-level client relations. This role involves mentoring future leaders, fostering environments where people and technology thrive together, and upholding PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion.
Responsibilities
Guide strategic financial planning and analysis initiatives
Spearhead business development and growth strategies

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within professional services, consulting, or managed services environments
What Sets You Apart
Master's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration / Management, or Finance preferred
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Leading in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
Building technology solutions for FP&A functions
Developing at-scale workflow and analytics systems
Integrating advanced predictive analytics into financial planning
Working with multinational teams across various regions
Excelling in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
Articulating complex financial data to diverse stakeholders

The salary range for this position is : $142,500 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
