About the Role :
- Provide technology leadership and own the decisions to deliver enterprise software solutions that wow the customers
- Lead a team of 8-12 engineers to deliver technology outcomes by managing team capacity, productivity and quality across multiple priorities
- Champion the use of AI as part of engineering ways or working and delivery
- Apply the knowledge of software architecture to manage software design, development and debugging according to design specifications
- Develop, monitor, and analyze key metrics. Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvements
- Use AI tools and processes to deliver engineering team's productivity improvements
- Manage risks and issues that may impact delivery commit. Set and implement quality KPIs.
- Own employee engagement, talent development and performance management.
- Manage the interviewing, hiring, and training processes for new team members.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and achievements to leadership using data-driven insights
