About the Role :

• Provide technology leadership and own the decisions to deliver enterprise software solutions that wow the customers
• Lead a team of 8-12 engineers to deliver technology outcomes by managing team capacity, productivity and quality across multiple priorities
• Champion the use of AI as part of engineering ways or working and delivery
• Apply the knowledge of software architecture to manage software design, development and debugging according to design specifications
• Develop, monitor, and analyze key metrics. Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvements
• Use AI tools and processes to deliver engineering team's productivity improvements
• Manage risks and issues that may impact delivery commit. Set and implement quality KPIs.
• Own employee engagement, talent development and performance management.
• Manage the interviewing, hiring, and training processes for new team members.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and achievements to leadership using data-driven insights
