What you will do :

• Oversee the variance analysis process (monthly, quarterly, annually)
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Manage the relationship with various departments to gather financial data and insights.
• Partner with various department leaders to support their business operations.
• Support the development and improvement of financial models.
• Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.
