A company is looking for an Associate Document Imaging Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Process incoming mail and prepare documents for scanning
Scan documents to the proper location in accordance with the Record Retention Policy
Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors to maintain processing methods
Required Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant field
1-2 years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred
Familiarity with general computer systems, including Microsoft Office programs
Experience with office equipment such as scanning machines and printers
Knowledge of physician and hospital operations, compliance, and provider relations
