Requirements:

  • We require experience building Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
  • We require hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate.
  • We look for strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and problem-solving skills.
  • We require experience producing technical documentation for solutions, workflows, and business processes.
  • We need the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • We value the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative government team.
  • We require an active Secret Security Clearance before the start date, and it must be maintained throughout the period of performance.
  • We require the following certifications within one month of employment: Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate (PL-500) and Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400).

Responsibilities:

  • We design, develop, implement, test, and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
  • We partner with the N6 Information Technology staff to gather automation and business intelligence needs.
  • We build workflow automations using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
  • We create and maintain technical documentation for automations, workflows, data sources, and implementation details.
  • We refine and improve existing automation solutions and business intelligence tools.
  • We assess Information Management (IM) and Knowledge Management (KM) repositories and recommend enhancements that support automation efforts.
  • We maintain current RPA solutions and contribute to ongoing improvements.
  • We analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities that improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • We support business intelligence initiatives using Microsoft 365 tools and available Power Platform capabilities.
  • We ensure solutions align with Department of Defense policies, security requirements, and organizational standards.
