The position is ideal for a hands-on EHS leader who thrives on the production floor, builds strong relationships with employees and supervisors, and takes a proactive approach to identifying and correcting workplace hazards.This is not a desk-based compliance position. Approximately 95% of the EHS Manager's time will be spent in the field, maintaining a visible presence throughout the facility, engaging employees, observing work activities, conducting inspections, and driving practical improvements.While the position supports both environmental and safety compliance, the primary focus will be occupational safety, incident prevention, risk reduction, and must meet one of the following experience pathways:Education Pathway✅ Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, environmental health and safety, or a closely related field✅ At least three years of safety management experienceCertification and Experience Pathway✅ Current certification issued by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, such as CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST, SMS, or STS✅ At least eight years of safety management experienceAll candidates must also have:✅ Experience leading formal incident investigations✅ Strong knowledge of workplace safety programs and regulatory compliance✅ Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or similarly high-hazard environment✅ Demonstrated ability to identify hazards and implement corrective actions✅ Strong communication, leadership,
