Job Summary :

Responsible for gathering and analyzing technical data used to prepare basic electrical engineering designs for client projects. The Engineer II Electrical designs, develops, and tests electrical equipment, components, or systems. This position applies engineering principles and mathematical analysis to improve designs, supports research initiatives, and contributes to technical projects. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature, requiring both technical expertise and cross-functional communication.

Essential Duties :

• Design, develop, and evaluate electrical components and systems.
• Conduct testing and validation of products, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
• Use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) or Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) software to create models and engineering drawings.
• Verify designs through use of calculations and other analytical techniques and tools.
• Apply design for manufacturability (DFM) principles to optimize efficiency in production processes.
• Identify root causes of design and manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including production and quality assurance, to improve products.
• Present technical findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Execute engineering changes through established processes and documentation.
• Define testing requirements and interpret results to validate engineering solutions.
