Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrical Install Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing a variety of residential electrical installations and working closely with installation teams and apprentices.

A Typical Day Looks Like :

• Installing and maintaining electrical systems in residential homes.
• Using power tools and equipment to handle replacements, upgrades, and re-wires.
• Installing light fixtures, ceiling fans, generators, re-devices, replacing panels, AC circuits and home re-wires.
• Testing electrical systems to ensure proper functioning.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues and developing effective solutions.
• Leading installations from start to finish following the plan established for the job and adjusting when necessary.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Working alongside an electrical apprentice to assist with the daily jobs.
• Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Offering customers maintenance tips and advice for caring for their systems.
• Keeping up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
