Cornerstone Staffing is seeking a Dispatcher in the Southlake, TX area!

CornerStone Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Dispatcher for a temporary contract role with a client located in Southlake, TX. This position requires someone with strong multitasking abilities, excellent customer service skills, and dispatch experience in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services. The Dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching technicians efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Location : Southlake, TX

Duration : Temp to hire

Pay Rate : Up to $20 / hr

Schedule : Monday Friday 7am 5pm flexibility

Key Responsibilities :

Dispatch and manage schedules for technicians in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services

Maintain real-time communication with technicians and ensure efficiency

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients

Monitor call queues, assign jobs, and manage chat communications promptly

Ensure technician calls are scrubbed for accuracy to set them up for success

Work collaboratively with other departments to meet company goals

Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of professionalism

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Five or more years of customer service experience in a call center environment

Three or more years of dispatch experience, preferably in plumbing or HVAC

Experience using Service Titan software is required

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Must be reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing schedules
