About the Role:

Compensation:

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Veterinary TA certification or current enrollment in a technical assistant program strongly preferred. Minimum 1-2 years’ veterinary experience required , with technical assistant experience highly desirable. Strong attention to detail alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills with both client and team members, with the capacity to support clients in emotionally charged and sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. Ability to work independently and with little or no supervision Ability to multi-task and produce quality work while making effective decisions Knowledge of basic veterinary practices, procedures, and terminology.
• Ability to work with or around sick animals, potentially hazardous material, cleaning chemicals, zoonotic diseases, and unpleasant odors.
• Ability to communicate well with other Uintah staff members. Fluent English skills (speaking and reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages is a plus. Why Uintah Pet Emergency?
