What will you do?

By joining our team as an experienced and qualified Project Manager you will have the key responsibility of ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the utmost quality and safety. You will manage and be accountable for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.As a Project Manager you lead the success of Energys world-class projects.

Some key accountabilities you will have as the Project Manager include

  • Lead the planning and implementation of project
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Manage project budget
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Quality assurance
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to Operations Manager
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions
  • Project evaluations and assessment of results

Things you may have done before

  • Have aFour-year degree in Engineering, or applicableexperience
  • Have a minimumof5 years of experiencein the project management field
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of applicable design and installation of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing,and EMCS
  • This may equate to 5 years of experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and EMCS
  • For the experience required by the role you will need to have knowledge for all of the areas noted above, not just a single area
  • Ability to read mechanical electrical, EMCS and plumbing plans
  • Ability to understand and / or write detailed sequences of operation for mechanical systems
  • Ability to analyze EMCS trends to confirm proper system operation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including CADD and Microsoft Office Products, such as Excel
