Job Description :
This person will contribute to the companys success by supporting all aspects of the order fulfillment process, including kitting assembly lines and associated equipment for the Jefferson Road Operations Center. It is essential that this role works effectively in a team environment as well as possess the ability to be self-sufficient when responding to operational support requests or performing proactive duties. This role is responsible for successfully developing and maintaining production processes while driving improvements in these processes and providing structured problem solving for production issues.
Essential Functions :
- Develop and support assembly processes for new and existing products, including fixturing / tooling, automated equipment programming, and PLCs.
- Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
- Work with other Engineers and Operators to identify and implement process improvements and projects.
- Establish root cause and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods and tools.
- Manage product & process change through participation in change control boards.
- Support production validation builds on new / modified processes.
- Interface with vendor and subcontractor representatives.
- Define and implement production system standards, including staffing models, and provide training to Engineers and Technicians

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York State is $61,000 - $113,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
