The AR Clerk will assist in the maintenance of the Accounts Receivable process for the branch warehouse.

• Responsibilities : _
• Assigned specific customers with high volume deductions due to sales promotions
• Process credit and debit memos for customers invoices which includes chargebacks to vendors. Analytical skills necessary to validate these deductions and experience with bill-of-ladings
• Create Excel worksheets between customers and vendors for pricing
• Must possess excellent customer service skills; verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task projects and meet deadlines
• Backup support for Cash Applications and assist other AR Clerks when needed
• Coding and routing Expense Payables in corporate centralized Payables Systems
• AR Filing involved
• Requirements : _
• High School diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelors degree in accounting is preferred
• Experience with Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Data Entry with high volume
• Computer skills with Microsoft E-mail, Outlook, Excel and Word
• AS400 computer experience a plus
• Able2Extract experience a plus
• Self motivated, enthusiastic, energetic, dependable, and hard-working individual with ability to work well in a team as well as an individual contributor
