Job Description
Gpac just partnered with a forward-thinking and innovative Manufacturing Company that is seeking an Industrial Engineer. This company has been in business for decades, offering financial stability with the best products in their industry.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Oversee and coordinate daily production engineering activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
- Implement process enhancements to optimize the use of equipment and materials, increasing production efficiency.
- Create and maintain work instructions for production teams.
- Design operational plans to meet both production and financial goals.
- Recognize and address potential safety hazards, implementing preventive measures.
- Conduct root cause analysis on identified issues and develop effective solutions.
