AGC Auto Glass & Car Care is hiring Entry-Level Sales Representatives to help customers understand our automotive glass and vehicle care services.
We are looking for people who enjoy talking to others, building relationships, and creating positive customer experiences.
No automotive experience is necessary. Training and guidance will be provided.
Compensation:
$46,000 – $64,000 per year
Responsibilities:
Speak with potential customers.
Introduce customers to AGC services.
Explain windshield repair and replacement options.
Help customers understand available services.
Generate new customer leads.
Build relationships with local customers.
Assist with scheduling appointments.
Represent AGC professionally.
Qualifications:
Friendly and outgoing personality.
Strong communication skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Dependable and punctual.
Willingness to learn.
Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.
No automotive experience required.
Training provided.
