Job description
Responsible for supporting the Processing team by managing the order-outs necessary to advance a loan file through the process. - Requires a detail-oriented and deadline-driven individual with strong multitasking and self-prioritization skills. - Assists Loan Processors and Loan Originators in the preparation of loans for underwriting and closings. Responsibilities :
- Adhere to all lending and regulatory guidelines and policies while preparing the loan file
- Reviewing file documentation for missing or erroneous information
- Meeting loan application deadlines
- Assisting Loan Officer with requests and tasks needed to complete and process applications
- Gathering information for the loan application
- Assisting Loan Processor with data entry and acquiring documentation necessary for the loan process Qualifications :
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb analytical skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
- Experience in mortgage lending and knowledge of the loan process preferred
- High school diploma or GED required - Bachelor's degree preferred
- Critical thinking skills Compensation : $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
- Adhere to all lending and regulatory guidelines and policies while preparing the loan file
- Reviewing file documentation for missing or erroneous information
- Meeting loan application deadlines
- Assisting Loan Officer with requests and tasks needed to complete and process applications

Compensation :
