It will involve 15 domestic plants where they are going to be taking out old technology and putting in the new technology and system (green screens, equipment, scanners, etc.). They will do this roll out in 3 waves. They will need resources at each site to assist on the plant floor with scanner support for the plant workers and office staff. They will be provided a tutorial video when they first start of the top questions that may arise that they can help the users through. For instance, not able to log into the scanner, replacing batteries, etc. The resources will be responsible for either assisting the users with their basic scanner issues (if able to address) or escalating to the plant / central hubs (each site with have a hub). Each resource will be responsible for downloading teams onto their phone and leveraging that to communicate / escalate issues to the hub / group chat and their project leader for quick resolution. 1 resource at each site will need to anticipate starting on that Sunday of the kickoff date for the plant they are located at and working 11 days straight. They will start out by unboxing equipment, putting it where it goes, plugging in monitors, keyboards, mice (template to follow) and then handling any issues with handheld barcode scanners. If they cannot handle issues they will be responsible for escalating up to team for proper resolution. There may be some reconfigurations involved but limited with equipment and will be scripted. Those resources will then roll over into scanner support. Each resource will be onsite for 4 weeks. The first week will include a tutorial, script and tour of the plant so they become familiarized with what everything is and means.
