Responsibilities
- Source and build a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Build and maintain school district relationships
- Track and record metrics throughout sales process
- Continue learning and staying on top of the changing market
- Work as a team with 500+ recruiters to source and interview school professionals
- Act as a liaison between the school and candidate
Qualifications
As this is an entry level position, we do require people to be onsite in our office before their first milestone / promotion, so please consider this before applying.
