We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level candidate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in healthcare administrative work and contribute to the efficient operation of our healthcare facility. The successful candidate will assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and organized workflow while providing exceptional service to patients and staff.
Responsibilities :
Greet patients and visitors
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries with professionalism
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry
Maintain patient records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Requirements :
Associate's degree in Healthcare administration or related field preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus
