As a Project Manager, you'll play a key role in transforming distressed properties into revitalized homes, contributing to the improvement of communities one house at a time. With over three decades of experience, Wedgewood Homes has grown into a nationally recognized leader in the industry, offering limitless career growth opportunities. This is a field-based role that requires being on the road, overseeing operations from initial planning through to project completion, and ensuring quality control at every step. Wedgewood occupies 50,000 square feet in a state of the art headquarters in Redondo Beach, California and has been named Company of the Year by the city. Wedgewood has additional office locations in Las Vegas and Dallas, and along with smaller offices throughout the country.o The salary range for this position is $65,000- $95,000.00 annually based on experience.

o Eligible for an Annual Discretionary bonus of 10-25% of base salary (based on KPIs)

o Eligible for unlimited compensation potential on Quarterly Production Bonuses

o All In Compensation potential of $72k-$118k+.
