SAIC’s Core Creative Multimedia Production is currently seeking an Event Planner for a position located in Northern VA .

Put your creativity to work. This position will support an up-tempo, creative environment for an IC customer. Collaborate with excellence by working with the best in the business. Grow your technical skills and push the boundaries of your creativity. The Candidate will work in a dynamic environment; coordinating a wide variety of internal and public customer events including, but not limited to, all hands, town halls, panel discussions, offsites, and visits to external organizations. The Candidate will also have to gain familiarity with security protocols across various customer buildings to determine how local security limitations will impact event planning.

We are looking for candidates who are interested in designing and executing conferences and tradeshows, experienced in virtual and in-person event planning, and knowledgeable of effective workforce communication methods.

• Candidates will be asked to provide an end-to-end event plan sample.
