Job Description
This role works directly with our Business Communications Solutions group promoting and selling the organization's products and services within an assigned product range, or list of new and existing customer accounts to achieve significant sales targets. Websites, Apps' Services and Statement Printing products related to banking, healthcare, wealth management, mortgage, insurance and utility clients will be the primary sales focus. Develop revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Accountable for increasing sales / client ratio and expanding customer base. Owns a record of sales achievement.
- Pursue sales leads; visit existing and new customers who may be of strategic importance to the organization
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
- Respond to more complex customer enquiries; negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority, and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
- Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships to generate future sales and repeat business.
- Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
- Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and monitor and adapt sales activities to meet objectives.
- Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.
- Coach and mentor less experienced sales representatives to achieve their sales targets.
- Recommend to clients additional solutions and services the company provides, highlighting the advantages of the product or service, utilizing internal tools and resources as needed
- Partners with internal resources to execute targeted deliverables within a timely manner
- Provide extraordinary internal and external customer service throughout the sales process
- Forecast accurately and maintain the system of record in Salesforce.com.
- Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

Additional Information
This is a salary plus commission program eligible role and the current RRD salary range is $50,000.00 to $150,000.00 / year with unlimited commission potential. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation
decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location.
