Salary :
Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for driving sales within the organization through phone calls and emails. Associates are required to build relationships with customers and potential customers, building those relationships through providing great service. They have an agenda for servicing and selling FSS products and services. Sales is the engine of FSS Technologies; successful sales associates drive the business.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES :
- Inside Sales Representatives must always practice good verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales associates will be required to work with sales leaders to contact customers or potential customers.
- Associates are required to make a minimum of 150 phone calls per day and 15 appointments per week for the Outside Sales team.
- The sales team is responsible for a minimum of 15 minutes of training daily
- Associates are to work with operations to ensure customers needs are met by providing information on a timely basis.
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty
- Follow up on cold and warm leads to advance the sales process
- Set and meet sales goals set by leadership
- Assist Outside Sales team in developing quotes and issuing contracts.
- Any jobs that are greater than $15,000 or longer than 2 hours of quoting time will need to be sent to a Senior Sales Representative on their team or the Sales Manager of the team.
