As a Manager, you'll support Associates and Executives by drafting communications, tracking outreach, coordinating with clients and candidates, and providing market insights. This role is crucial for driving revenue, ensuring exceptional service, and aiding efficient decision-making through data management. This is a hybrid position with significant remote work. Weekly office visits will be either to the San Francisco or Palo Alto Offices.
Job Responsibilities
- Executive Support : Provide administrative support to 2-4 Partners & Associates, scheduling meetings, interviews, and video conferences, drafting and finalizing correspondence and deliverables, and preparing background materials for meetings.
- Market Intelligence & Data Management : Research market trends, candidates, and law firms using databases and other sources to generate business leads. Maintain accurate and up-to-date database information, and organize, store, and analyze company data while ensuring confidentiality and security.
- Collaboration & Best Practices Implementation : Coordinate and host team collaboration meetings to drive business development. Work with associates to determine necessary reports, support, coaching, and reminders. Share best practices with other Knowledge Managers and refine workflows with the Director of Administrative Operations. Conduct training sessions on best practices.
- Strategic & Operational Contributions : Support local office and company-wide initiatives to enhance associate practices. Provide remote and in-person support for local offices as needed.
- Client-Focused Service : Commit to delivering exceptional, client-focused service both internally and externally, ensuring high responsiveness and proactive support to anticipate associate and team needs.
Work Experience Requirements
Salary Range : $110,000 - $125,000 + Generous Benefits based on experience
