Job descriptionDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Bilingual (Spanish) Required Experience recruiting for Construction / Field Staff preferred Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making skills

We are now seeking a motivated and experienced On-Site Recruiter to join our team and support our continued growth by attracting top talent.
Job Summary : The On-Site Recruiter will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles within Concordia Group. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates to fulfill the company's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Range : $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 a year
Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position
