Join The Front Climbing Club as a Facilities Manager!
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for keeping spaces running smoothly? Do you take pride in maintaining top-tier facilities while leading a dedicated team? The Front Climbing Club is looking for a Facilities Manager to ensure our Salt Lake and South Main locations remain in peak condition, providing an exceptional experience for our climbing community.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and manage all facility operations, ensuring the gym remains clean, safe, and fully functional.
- Perform and coordinate maintenance work, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, IT, and security systems upkeep.
- Develop and implement a structured maintenance schedule for all gym infrastructure and equipment.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships for specialized repairs and upgrades.
- Train and lead the facilities team, ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency, and customer service.
- Conduct regular inspections and implement proactive maintenance solutions to keep the gym running seamlessly.
- Handle seasonal facility needs, including snow removal, winterization, and temperature control .

WORK ENVIRONMENT / /
This position operates in a dynamic gym setting, requiring frequent movement, including walking, standing, climbing ladders, and lifting heavy objects. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, cleaning chemicals, and noise from gym equipment and patrons. The role involves handling tools, machinery, and maintenance supplies to perform repairs, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure overall facility cleanliness and safety. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities to address urgent maintenance needs. Work will also be performed in the office to organize the work via software tools, plan out projects, and report progress on work being performed
