Job Description
Job Summary :
Oversee a team responsible for physical security and fire protection to ensure the safety of personnel and property. This role involves managing recruitment, selection, training, performance evaluations, work assignments, salary administration, and recognition or disciplinary actions for subordinate staff.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise employees providing physical security and fire protection services.
- Coordinate recruitment, training, and development of team members.
- Conduct performance assessments and manage work assignments.
- Oversee salary administration and implement recognition and disciplinary actions.
- Manage the deployment and activities of patrol vehicles, emergency firefighting equipment, radar systems, closed-circuit television (CCTV), and communication systems.
- Establish and conduct regular security inspections.
- Collaborate with firefighting and law enforcement agencies to enhance safety protocols.
