The goal of this position is to assist our customers efficiently and professionally with all of their service needs. Building loyalty and trust, creating an amazing guest experience, generating profit and maintaining area-leading customer satisfaction index.
Responsibilities :
- Greeting and assisting guests with service needs
- Clearly document vehicle symptoms on repair order as described by the service customer
- Generating estimates
- Completing estimate review with guest in timely manner to maximize opportunity
- Seeing through completion of approved work and actively covering
- Monitor the progress of work being performed on your guests' vehicles throughout the day,
- Conducting post-repair follow-up
- Performing active deliveries with your guest, review completed repairs
- Resolving customer concerns
