This is a full-time, direct placement role at Citadel Roofing and Solar.
Citadel Roofing and Solar is made up of industry veterans with more than 30 years of experience, and a stellar reputation of service excellence to new construction home builders throughout Northern California. Citadel Roofing and Solar is looking for a Safety Inspector to join our stellar Safety Team. Safety plays a very crucial and important role in our organization and mindset we take pride in. We take a positive approach to safety and our goal is to have an industry-leading safety program. At the end of the day, our goal is our employees go home safely to their families every night. Our Safety Inspectors play a very integral part in achieving this goal. The corporate office is based in Vacaville and Sacramento, CA, however, the Safety Inspector's territory of job sites will include Chico, Elk Grove, Roseville, Rancho Cordova and Vacaville.
Responsibilities :
- Perform daily jobsite audits to ensure employees are working safely.
- Perform new hire and fleet training.
- Complete jobsite and vehicle accident investigation.
- Work closely with the Risk Manger to communicate and monitor injured employees.
- Take pictures of safe and unsafe activities.
- Document and record unsafe activities.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
