Responsibilities and Duties :

As a Fleet Administrator, you will :

Maintain Records : Keep accurate and up-to-date records of company vehicles,

registrations, insurance, fuel consumption, and maintenance through our

advanced fleet management software.

Coordinate Operations : Assist in coordinating vehicle maintenance, acquisition,

disposal, and replacement.

Telematics Oversight : Audit and update telematics accounts while monitoring

driver behavior.

Claims Management : Oversee vehicle insurance claims and registration

renewals.

Collaboration : Work closely with other departments such as operations, finance,

and human resources to address fleet and facility-related needs.
