Position Overview :
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as General Laborers in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role involves performing a variety of routine tasks associated with packaging and production processes, including working on conveyor lines, assembling kits, and operating simple machines. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy hands-on work, this role is an excellent fit.
Key Responsibilities :
Packaging and Assembly :
Operate at multiple stations along production lines, rotating among tasks as needed.
- Place empty containers on conveyor lines, operate filling machines, and secure caps, actuators, or pour spouts onto containers with precision and speed.
- Label containers and package finished goods in corrugated cartons for distribution.
- Assemble sales kits by combining products as instructed.
Machine Operation :
Operate basic machinery, including trimmers, flamers, screen print machines, overwrap machines, carton formers, staplers, and cappers.
Quality Control :
Conduct routine inspections of products for spillage, damaged containers, proper fill levels, accurate labeling, and overall quality standards.
Housekeeping and Maintenance :
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
Safety and Compliance :
Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing protectors and safety glasses, as mandated by federal and state regulations.
