How do you excel in this position

As an Instructional Designer, you will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create impactful learning experiences using modalities such as eLearning, Instructor-led training, and job aids. This position plays an essential role in evaluating training effectiveness, managing LMS administration, and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

What are we looking for :

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field is required.

Three (3) years of professional, corporate experience designing complex, instructionally sound training programs using multiple delivery methods (e.g., instructor-led, eLearning, multimedia-enhanced), required.

Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Camtasia, required.

Demonstrated experience creating content outlines (COs) and high-level design documents (HLDDs) to guide the development of structured training, required.

Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including administration, reporting, and troubleshooting, required.

Proficiency in incorporating multimedia assets (e.g., audio, video, graphics) to enhance learning content, required.

Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.

Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.

Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
