Simply : You provide clinical expertise; we take care of everything else. If you are looking for an environment where the Clinical Therapist can focus 100% on Clinical work not on acquiring clients, billing, credentialing, support, or operations, then Beyond Expectation Psychological Services is for you. Consistent referrals : Full clinical caseload can be established within the first 30 days. Zero overhead fees are collected from the Clinical Therapist. Flexible schedule : You are in control of your schedule and appointment times. Excellent written and oral communication skills (writing sample will be required). Ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse group of clients, staff, and community members. Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills. Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Leadership and Conflict Management skills. Demonstration of personal and financial integrity in the workplace. - 1,500 sign-on bonus for therapists that engage with their first client within 14 days of beginning their application.
Beyond Expectation, a multifaceted mental health practice, provides a combination of psychiatric and psychological services in the Las Vegas valley. We are seeking independently licensed psychological practitioners; either as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, or Licensed Psychologist to provide therapy and psychological testing services for our Las Vegas community in a non-discriminatory and culturally competent manner.
