Summary

The Vice President of Business Development, EVS Senior Living (FL) is responsible for leading NEXDINE Hospitality and our Family of Companies’ continued growth, and expansion efforts in Senior Living by identifying and developing new business relationships with leading senior living clients who view EVS, housekeeping, laundry, facilities management, dining, nutrition, wellbeing, and hospitality as an integral part of their unique brand and culture. The ideal candidate will have prior proven EVS Senior Living sales experience in the Florida market , while possessing strong strategy, process-driven, written, and verbal communication skills, financial acumen, responsiveness, and an exceptional commitment to customer service.

Vice President Business Development, EVS Senior Living Responsibilities

• Establish a defined territory management plan to identify and manage new opportunities.
• Create a strategic plan to manage and grow a database of prospects and activities.
• Design, implement, and execute effective sales processes with a multi-state, multi-vertical approach.
• Develop financial proformas, proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Travel as required.
• Effective collaboration with peers, various internal departments, and client partners.
