Job Summary : We are seeking a friendly, professional, and bilingual (Spanish and English) Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the administrative functions of our office. The ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English is essential for interacting with a diverse client base and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and callers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls in both Spanish and English.
- Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, patients, or team members as required.
- Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring they are distributed correctly.
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and data entry.
- Assist with coordinating office supplies and keeping inventory up to date.
- Manage and maintain client records and update information in the database as needed.
- Provide translations of documents or communications from English to Spanish and vice versa when necessary.
- Address and resolve client inquiries or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support administrative and office staff with additional tasks and projects as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures.
