Job Description
The People & Culture Business Partner (PCBP) works with Pizza Hut's RSC teams to drive business results through people, culture, and inclusivity. This critical role provides thought-leadership and execution for the full employee experience, including onboarding, engagement, performance management, bench planning, and development planning.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Managing Talent - 40%
- Act as thought partner with Talent Director and implement talent strategy that builds capability and drives performance to achieve business strategy and objectives.
- Partner with department heads to drive effective internal development and succession planning processes resulting in stronger bench across departments.
- Advise department coaches on general employee relations and performance management issues.
- Partner with other P&C partners to run on Building People Capability (BPC) cycle and keep process top of mind all year with department heads and coaches.
- Lead mid-year people planning with functional clients - department heads and coaches.
- Build strong relationships with all functional partners and serve as a trusted advisor.
- Manage employee life-cycle needs including promotions, transfers, resignations, and terminations.
- Provide thought leadership with talent acquisition team to grow talent pipeline and needed business capabilities.
- Partner with other HR teams on internal people moves and collaborate on people best practices.
Developing People - 25%

Requirements :
COMPENSATION : $102,000 to $120,000 annually + bonus eligibility (if applicable). This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
Benefits : Employees (and their eligible family members) may enroll in the following types of insurance coverage : medical, dental, vision, legal, and accidental death and dismemberment, as well as FSA / HSA (depending on enrolled medical plan). Yum! also provides short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance. Employees may enroll in our 401(k) plan.
