Responsibilities :
Strategic HR Planning :
Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with the company's business goals.
Forecast HR requirements based on the company's growth plans and industry trends.
Recruitment and Selection :
Oversee the full - cycle recruitment process for all positions, especially for key roles within the company.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the selection of the most qualified individuals.
Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
Employee Relations :
Promote a positive and harmonious work environment.
Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement initiatives to improve morale and job satisfaction.
Training and Development :
Identify training needs of employees and design relevant training programs.
Facilitate career development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
Performance Management :
Design and implement a performance appraisal system.
Provide regular feedback to employees on their performance and set goals for improvement.
Recognize and reward high - performing employees.
Compensation and Benefits :
Conduct market research to ensure the company's compensation and benefits packages are competitive.
Manage payroll and benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, etc.

HR Policy and Compliance :

Requirements :
Educational Background : Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience :
At least 5 years of HR - related experience, with a focus on senior HR management roles.
Proven experience in a manufacturing enterprise with more than 200 employees.
Language Skills : Fluent in both English and Chinese.
