Description:
The HR Manager is responsible for facilitating all basic Human Resources functions and provides guidance, support and recommendations to the business office. In this role you will manage human resource issues, including onboarding/offboarding staff, benefits and payroll. In addition, you will evaluate, analyze and interpret employee data with an eye toward improving processes, effectiveness and employee morale; provide support to employees on all employment and benefits matters; improve and effectively coordinate employee policies, processes, and practices; and report and ensure compliance standards and filings are effectively implemented.
