Supporting the entire People Leadership Team, you will conduct various analyses which could include market research to identify trends and patterns that assist the People team in making data driven decisions. You will use your strong communication skills to build relationships with employees across the organization at all levels and create and deliver presentations and training across the business when required.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze and present data and reports for various people initiatives, including Diversity, Compensation, Benefits, Hiring Trends, and Retention and partner with the team on solutions
- Build People Data dashboards, executing on deliverables based on business needs
- Responsible for the technical design and development of system integrations, inbound and outbound, that enhance automation with our various HR system partners; partnering with internal teams as needed.
- Prepare the team's monthly People update presentation to appropriate stakeholders
- Assist with People Team related audits and investigations and following up with relevant parties; ensuring timely and efficient resolutions
- Collaborate with various partners on the People Team to support business needs in data reporting, promptly responding to business needs as appropriate
