The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
- Manage the daily functions of the business
- Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
- Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
- Manage budget to align with goals of business
Monitor, track and alert project managers, and superintendents of project issues or outstanding items.
Provide support to the warehouse and field mobilization / delivery team as needed.
Perform onsite construction progress reports and quality control checks.
Learn operations of the company internally and externally, safety, qc, jobsite meetings
Learn about our software system. (Sage, Quick bid, on site take off)
Be on site or in the office 40-50 hours a week. The typical week is M-Fri.
