What You'll Do :
As our HR Manager, you'll oversee and execute every aspect of the HR function. You'll bring both strategic vision and hands-on expertise to :
- Lead Talent Acquisition : Own full-cycle recruitment and onboarding to build a diverse and robust team.
- Manage Payroll & Compliance : Administer multi-state payroll and ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Foster Employee Development : Implement performance management, training, and development programs to support growth and engagement.
- Enhance Culture : Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging while fostering a collaborative and engaging workplace culture.
- Streamline HR Operations : Oversee compensation, benefits, policies, and compliance to ensure seamless HR processes.
- Advise Leadership : Partner with senior leaders on employee relations and organizational strategies, providing guidance and solutions on critical matters.
